Heinz Orthodontics is growing and were looking for a Front Desk Administrator whos as passionate about people as we are about creating beautiful healthy smiles! If youre organized friendly and love being the first point of contact in a fast-paced setting you could be the perfect fit for our team.

What Youll Do:
- Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
- Handle patient check-in/check-out.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Assist with insurance verifications and billing support.
- Keep the front desk area organized efficient and upbeat.
What Were Looking For:
- A friendly positive personality and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Previous experience in a front desk customer service or dental/medical office setting preferred.
- Comfort with technology and scheduling software (experience with orthodontic or dental software is a plus).
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative supportive environment.
