• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store

• Ensuring a safe and clean environment for team members and guests

As aFront of StoreAttendantno two days are ever the same but a typical day willmost likely includethe followingresponsibilities:

• Create an Easy Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments:

• Greet:

• 10ft: be friendly smile make eye contact or wave

• 4ft: greet the guest smile andinitiatea warm helpful interaction

• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth easy shopping experience

• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you

• Actively support team efforts andassistpeers in other areas whilemaintaininga positive and respectful attitude

• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standardthrough a brand and clean front of storethatsfocused on first and last impressions and shopping experiences.

• Work in a safe mannerat all times;comply withall safety policiesbest practices and training; report hazards and correct where possible.

• Ensureguest safety by stockingandmaintainingSpill Stations throughout the store to promote spill response time and injury prevention.

• Provideaseamlessshopping experiencefor guestsby keepingthe carts and basketsclean andwell stocked with theappropriate useof cartpusher

• Providea friendly response toguestcarryout requestsand team lifts when needed.

• Maintain interior and exteriorbrand including emptying garbage cans andattending torestroom cleanlinesschargeelectronic carts andattendto spills throughout the storeas needed.

• Empty guest-facing recycling bins when full

• Collecthangers for backroom recycling.

• Evaluatecarts if damagedand requestProperty Management Lead (PML)maintenanceor repairs.

• Stockspill station andcleanlinesssupplies during storeopenhours.

• Be knowledgeable with Target Loyalty programs and the Target app to be able toassistguests when needed.

• Partnerwithleaders as needed to de-escalateanysituationsand recover the guest shopping experience while following Targets policies and procedures.

• Alwaysdemonstratea culture of ethical conductsafetyand compliance.

• Support otherduties based onbusinessneedsand leader directionatguestservices such as order pick up (OPU) Drive-up (DU) Orders including Starbucks DU and DU Returns andmaintaina compliance culture while executing those duties such as compliance with federal state and localadult beveragelaws.

• All other dutiesbasedon business needs.

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members

• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices andoperatehandheldscanners andother technology equipment as directed.

• Work both independently and with a team

• Ability to prioritize duties based on the business

• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment andaccomplishmultiple tasks within establishedtimeframes

• Scanhandleand move merchandise efficiently and safely includingfrequentlylifting or moving merchandise up to 44 poundswithoutadditionalassistance from others.

• Flexible work schedule (e.g. nightsweekendsand holidays); come to work when scheduledwork scheduled shifts and take required mealand rest breaks

• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary).

• Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures humidity and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited toDrive-up carryout etc.
