Front of House Manager

As a Front of House Manager you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction that our restaurant is known for. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment has a passion for hospitality and works well in collaboration with the management team to ensure operational success. Youll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the front of house ensuring smooth service and leading the team to provide an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead inspire and mentor front of house staff to deliver exceptional service

Collaborate with kitchen and bar management teams to ensure smooth service flow

Manage daily operations and guest interactions including seating reservations and guest inquiries

Ensure quality control for both service and food presentation

Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and patio areas

Maintain a positive and professional work environment fostering teamwork and collaboration

Uphold and enforce the highest standards of hospitality ensuring every guest has a memorable experience

Help manage local relationships and develop a strong connection with the community

Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies when necessary

Oversee the training and development of new staff members

Assist in maintaining Aloha POS system and performing administrative tasks such as schedules payroll and inventory tracking (experience in Aloha and Word preferred)

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry

Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays

Familiarity with Aloha POS system and Microsoft Word is preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in service food and ambiance

Local knowledge of the area and a desire to build lasting community relationships
