As a Front End Web Engineer your responsibilities will include all phases of user interface development. From architecture and design to implementation and user engagement. You will work with our internal customers and backend developers both on the team and will be working together with Server and other client engineers owning all the components of our stack operations and product teams to implement infrastructure and add product features vital for our efforts. We dont expect prior experience with all the technologies involved but you will be encouraged to learn to use them optimally. Knowledge of backend languages like Python and Java are a bonus but not required.n

Own the full front-end lifecycle architect design implement test and iterate on user interfaces for impactful internal web applications and high-quality performant experiences where quality and performance are treated as non-negotiable not across the stack partner closely with server engineers other client engineers operations and product teams to design and deliver end-to-end customer needs into interfaces by working directly with internal customers to understand requirements and shape intuitive engaging to shared infrastructure and tooling that supports the teams applications and improves developer modern web technologies evaluate adopt and apply groundbreaking front-end tools and patterns to raise the bar on user and maintain automated tests to safeguard quality and prevent regressions across the learn and grow ramp up on unfamiliar technologies across the stack (including backend languages where helpful) to contribute wherever the team needs

3 years professional experience building and debugging consumer-facing single-page applications in JavaScript ES6 HTML/CSSnExperience with developing rich interactive and well-performing user interfacesnReact/Redux/WebPack or equivalent frameworks for front end developmentnJest / Enzyme or equivalent unit-testing experiencenFamiliarity with additional UI testing platforms (Playwright Cypress Selenium WebdriverIO TestCafe)nWorking experience with NodeJS and TypescriptnBA in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related fieldn
