As aMaintenanceSupervisor you are the vital link between strategic goals and daily leading a dedicated hourly team fostering an environment where they can do their best work and feel empowered.

Safety First: Act as a champion of workplace safety proactively enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance

Driving Operational Excellence: Lead and direct a team of employees that consistentlymakeshigh-quality products and meets or exceeds production targets. You will take ownership of team performanceaddressingshortcomingsproactivelyandcelebratingsuccesses.

Strategic Focus & Problem Solving: Prioritize critical tasks and effectively allocate human resources to maximize will apply for a Bias for Action promptly and decisively addressing safety and quality issues to prevent larger problems. This includesidentifyingand analyzing problemsdevelopingand implementing effective solutions makingtimelyand well-informed decisions and adapting to changing circumstances.

Candidates must possess full flexibility and a readiness to consistently work across all established standard operating and rotational shift schedules encompassing day night weekend and holiday shifts.



Qualifications

Youllhave...

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent 37 years of supervisory manufacturing military or other relevant experience.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and hours including nights and weekends
  • Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls

  • Experience with Lean / Six Sigmamethodologyand / or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) Experience

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86600-$144900.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidates skills and experience and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope responsibility and competitive market value.
