Front Desk Staff (Part-time & Substitute)

About the role

HealthFitness is looking for part-time (working up to 6 hours per week on Saturdays from 6:30AM - 1:00PM) and substitute/as-needed/fill-in Front Desk Attendants to join the fitness team at our client site located in Cincinnati OH!

Greet check-in and assist customers. Provide program information services membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 45 days of hire.

The compensation range for this role is $13/hr - $14/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location qualifications experience skill set and other relevant factors.
