Front Desk Sprinker Recreation Center Temporary

• This position is in-office
• Some of these opportunities may be up to 40 hours per week for up to 5 months of employment while others may provide part-time coverage for less than 70 hours per month
• Shifts vary between 6:45 am and 10 pm Thursday to Sunday and during the holidays
• These temporary positions are not eligible for County benefits

Core Daily Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and providing assistance via email phone and in person
• Assisting with program registrations
• Park Shelter and Field Rentals
• Operate point of sale system and accurately process payments
• Multi-line phones
• Aiding in the security of the facility
• Work with little or no supervision in a self-motivated manner

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous cash handling experience is highly desired
• Customer service-related work
• Knowledge of Microsoft products
