Front Desk Receptionist

Position Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the dealership. This role is responsible for providing a welcoming experience directing customers to the appropriate department managing incoming calls and supporting daily administrative functions. The ideal candidate is friendly professional organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Greet all customers and visitors in a friendly professional manner.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or team member.

  • Assist customers with general questions and basic dealership information.

  • Maintain a clean organized and welcoming reception area.

  • Receive and distribute mail packages and dealership communications.

  • Assist with data entry filing scanning and other administrative tasks.

  • Monitor customer traffic and notify sales or service staff when customers arrive.

  • Support dealership events promotions and special projects as needed.

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous receptionist customer service or administrative experience preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit stand and walk for extended periods.

  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.

  • Ability to use standard office equipment including computers phones and printers.
