This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth front desk operations during overnight hours providing exceptional guest service and performing night audit responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.

• Perform night audit duties including balancing daily transactions and preparing reports.
• Provide outstanding customer service to guests addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Check guests in and out efficiently managing reservations and room assignments.
• Maintain accurate records of nightly activities and report any discrepancies.
• Ensure security and safety of guests and property during overnight hours.

• Previous experience in hospitality front desk or night audit preferred.
