We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Executive to welcome customers and visitors while supporting customer engagement and daily office activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating positive first impressions communicating with customers and providing information about products and services.

• Provide information about products services and promotional opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support customer engagement and lead generation activities.
• Support sales opportunities generated through customer interactions.
• Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate.
• Maintain an organized and professional front desk environment.
• Assist with routine administrative and customer service activities.
• Direct customers and visitors to the appropriate team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly confident and professional demeanor.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person and by phone.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Reliable adaptable and detail-oriented.
• Previous front desk customer service sales retail hospitality or office experience is a plus but not required.
