• Greet and check in patients with a welcoming professional attitude
• Schedule appointments (in-person and by phone)
• Verify insurance obtain authorizations and collect co-pays
• Communicate with patients providers and external partners
• Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations

Minimum:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred:

• 1 year of medical front desk or healthcare experience
• Interest in pursuing a career in Physical Therapy
• Associates and/or Bachelors Degree in exercise physiology kinesiology or similar field
