A luxury residential high-rise in Needham Massachusetts is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to deliver a high level of service to residents and guests. This role is responsible for managing the front desk creating a strong first impression and ensuring a consistent professional and hospitality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet all residents and guests promptly using proper eye contact posture and tone
Manage front desk operations including visitor access package handling and resident requests
Maintain awareness of building activity and enforce access control procedures
Provide accurate information directions and assistance to residents and guests
Coordinate with property management and other on-site teams as needed
Handle phone calls emails and service requests in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a clean organized and professional front desk presence at all times
Monitor for any issues or irregularities and report to management as required
Service Standards
Maintain a visible and engaged presence at the front desk
No phone usage or disengagement while on duty
Consistent professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards
Deliver a hospitality-focused experience at all times not just task execution
Requirements
Prior experience in concierge front desk hospitality or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to remain composed and attentive in a fast-paced environment
Reliable punctual and detail-oriented
Basic computer skills including email and property management systems
Schedule
Flexible scheduling based on building needs including evenings weekends and holidays
Compensation and Benefits
Pay range: $19$20 per hour
Benefits include health dental and vision insurance paid sick leave and paid time off
