As our Virtual Front Desk Concierge you will serve as the remote heartbeat of our family communications network welcoming families via phone and digital channels managing inquiries and ensuring seamless virtual support.

Your Daily Impact
Virtual Reception & Hospitality: Serve as the primary remote contact for incoming calls digital inquiries and family communications with warmth and professionalism.
Family & Resident Support: Assist families and prospective residents with service coordination scheduling virtual visits and general community information.
Digital Admin & Inquiry Logs: Maintain inquiry logs update resident record software and collaborate directly with our on-site leadership team.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Relay urgent family messages and requests directly to on-site nursing dining and facilities management teams to ensure prompt service.

Qualifications We Look For
12 years of customer service front office or virtual administrative care experience (senior living healthcare or hospitality experience is a strong plus).
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills paired with high empathy and active listening.
Proficiency with office software (Google Workspace / MS Office) and quick adaptability to virtual community management platforms.
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet dedicated home office setup for remote execution.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask calmly in a dynamic person-centered setting.
