Front Desk Closer and Floater

• Classroom Support
  • Spend the majority of the day working in the classroom and supporting teachers.
  • Create a safe nurturing and engaging environment for children.
  • Build positive relationships with children families and coworkers.
  • Communicate with parents about their childs daily experiences adventures and achievements.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean organized and welcoming classroom environment.

• Front Office & Customer Engagement
  • Welcome families and visitors with a warm friendly and professional attitude.
  • Conduct tours for prospective families and highlight the centers programs and features.
  • Follow up with prospective families and assist with enrollment.
  • Assist with registration and enrollment processes.
  • Communicate important information to families including newsletters and billing-related communications.

• School Closing Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the schools closing procedures each evening.
  • Ensure classrooms common areas and the front office are secure and ready for the next day.
  • Complete required closing checklists and end-of-day tasks.
  • Ensure all children have been safely dismissed before leaving the building.
  • Communicate any important end-of-day information to leadership.

• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role.
• Previous childcare or classroom experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable interacting with children families teachers and prospective customers.
• Organized dependable and able to multitask.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable learning and using computer systems and customer databases.
• Must be dependable and comfortable working a 9:30 AM6:30 PM schedule.
