WHO WERE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a high-performing Client Experience & Sales Lead to drive bookings memberships retail sales and client retention in our upscale salon. This is a revenue-generating sales role for someone who enjoys building relationships converting inquiries into loyal clients and being rewarded for performance.

This is a revenue-generating sales role for someone who enjoys building relationships converting inquiries into loyal clients and being rewarded for performance.
This is a sales-focused revenue-generating position. You will own the guest experience from first contact to checkout while actively driving bookings maximizing schedule efficiency and selling memberships and retail.

WHAT YOULL DO
- Deliver a polished high-touch guest experience from check-in to checkout
- Respond to leads quickly and confidently via phone text and online inquiries
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments and long-term clients
- Proactively fill open appointment slots and maintain a fully booked schedule
- Consistently sell memberships packages and retail products
- Build relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
- Maintain a clean organized and elevated salon environment
- Learn the operational side of salon management
- Assist with special projects and daily business operations
- Take initiative in solving problems and improving processes
- Serve as a positive role model for teammates
- Develop the skills needed for future leadership opportunities within the salon
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Proven sales experience (salon spa medspa fitness or retail)
- Experience in a fast-paced high-end or luxury service environment
- Confident outgoing communicator who can build rapport and close
- Comfortable on the phoneable to convert not just answer
- Goal-driven mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm polished and solution-oriented under pressure
- Tech-savvy with booking systems and POS platforms
- Availability on Saturdays is required
- A desire to grow into a leadership role
