We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fastâpaced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon youll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Overview:
A Front Desk Associate provides quality customer service to everyone at Esplanade by the Islands in a positive flexible and multi-tasking manner. Organized professional with a strong positive attitude and excellent customer service skills are required. Must be reliable and able to work a flexible schedule; may be required to work evenings weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Meets and greets all members in a pleasant courteous and professional manner.
- Assists with any member inquiries answers incoming telephone calls forwards call to the appropriate party and takes a message.
- Provides clerical support to the department that may include but not limited to typing copying filing composing routine correspondence and preparation of outgoing mail.
- Sorts incoming mail for the department(s).
- Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree; orone (1) yearadministrative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and speak English in order to perform the duties of the job.
- Possesses computer skills including but not limited to use of Microsoft Word Excel Jonas and Publisher.
