Located in the heart of New Orleans Central Business District just two blocks from the French Quarters world-famous dining and music and minutes from the Superdome Smoothie King Center and Mississippi Riverfront youll be working right in the center of the citys best culture.

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent who genuinely loves taking care of people and wants to be part of a team where exceptional service teamwork and personal growth matter. If you are the person friends and coworkers rely on to stay calm when things get busy solve problems and make people feel welcome wed love to meet you.

What youll do

The front desk isnt simply about checking people in and out. Its about recognizing what a guest needs before they ask turning a frustrating situation into a great memory and making people feel like they are in good hands. As one of the most important faces of the hotel you will:

Deliver Great Service:Welcome every guest with a warm genuine approach handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and offer expert local tips on navigating New Orleans.

Manage Operations:Process reservations manage room assignments handle billing and payment processing accurately and process special guest requests.

Support Hotel Sales & Revenue:Upsell room categories promote on-site amenities and spot business leadslike group bookings events or corporate travelto pass along to our Sales department.

Solve Problems & Team Up: Take ownership of guest concerns to find quick solutions while coordinating closely with Housekeeping Maintenance and our restaurant team to keep operations running smoothly.
