Fresh Fruit Processing Associate

A Fruit Line Processor is an on-site position and requires regular attendance at the facility. It is responsible for preparing processing and packaging fresh cut fruit products according to company specifications and food safety standards. Work is performed in a cold production environment as part of a team that creates finished fruit items for distribution.

Schedule: 4:00am 12:30pm Weekend availability is required.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

• Cut slice dice peel and bag fruit products using knives or mechanical equipment
• Wash weigh and package fruit according to recipe and portion guidelines
• Follow standard recipes and production specifications to ensure consistency and quality
• Operate high speed mechanical processing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area following GMPs and food safety
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals in a refrigerated environment

Qualifications :

• Experience with manual knife work or food processing equipment is preferred
• Ability to work in cold temperatures for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and safety procedures
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Team oriented attitude and reliability in attendance and performance
