Working at Worktank:

We are seeking an experienced ambitious Creative Video Producer to lead corporate video projects from concept through delivery and produce polished on-brand content for our customers.

In this position you will also:

• Partner with clients and internal teams to develop creative concepts scripts and treatments that translate business goals into compelling video

• Manage projects end to end including scheduling budgeting crewing and vendor coordination across pre-production production and post

• Direct or oversee shoots whether in studio on location or remotely keeping quality and client intent front and center

• Guide the post-production process giving clear creative direction to editors motion designers and audio teams

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients managing expectations feedback rounds and approvals with professionalism

This opportunity might be a good fit if you

• Have 5 years of experience producing corporate branded or commercial video content

• Can point to a portfolio that shows strong storytelling and production value

• Are comfortable owning a project independently while collaborating with a small fast-moving team

• Communicate clearly and calmly with clients and crew especially under deadline

• Have a working command of production logistics: budgets timelines releases and vendor management

Exceptional candidates also have

• Experience with executive-level or enterprise clients (tech industry a plus)

• Hands-on skills in editing motion graphics or color enough to speak the language and jump in when needed

• Familiarity with remote recording and review workflows (Riverside or similar)

• A knack for elevating a brief into something better than what was asked for
