The position supports accreditation compliance student success initiatives and clinical partnerships to ensure graduates are prepared for workforce entry. This position is classified as an Associate Faculty position and reports to the Director of the Franciscan Center for Professional Development (FCPD). #CB

    1. Coordinate daily operations of the Phlebotomy and PCT Programs

    2. Manager schedules classroom/lab logistics and resources Ensure alignment with institutional policies

    2. Assist with accreditation and grant reporting and documentation when applicable

  1. Student Recruitment Advising and Retention

    1. Assist with recruitment and outreach efforts

    2. Advise students on Program progression

    3. Monitor student performance and coordinate interventions

  1. Clinical Coordination

    1. Coordinate clinical placements and site relationships

    2. Ensure student compliance with clinical requirements

    3. Monitor clinical performance and issue resolution

  1. Data Management and Reporting

    1. Maintain student and Program records

    2. Track outcomes (completion employment certification)

    3. Generate reports for institutional use

  1. Faculty and Stakeholder Collaboration

  2. Liaise between Faculty Administration and Clinical Partners

  3. Support Adjunct Faculty coordination

  2. Support Program evaluation and quality improvement efforts

Qualifications

Description

Minimum Required

Experience

At least two (2) years of teaching experience required; Experience in clinical education and/or coordination preferred; Experience with accreditation or compliance preferred

Education

Associates Degree or higher in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning recognized by the US Department of Education required; Bachelors Degree in Education or a Health-Related field preferred

Training

Current American Heart Association BLS CPR Certification required

Special Skills

Program coordination and organizational skills; Effective communication and collaboration abilities; Data tracking and reporting skills; Understanding of healthcare training environments
