About the Role

Franchise Development Assistant Manager responsible for discovering future franchisees for Our Clients Bakery Brand. Location: Fort Lee NJ. Full Time Employee in the Franchise Development department.



Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Promoting business development opportunities
  • Contacting potential clients through Cold Calls and emails
  • Presenting our brand to potential clients
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving brand awareness
  • Building long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Reporting to the Franchise Development Team leader on (Weekly/Monthly) development processes and results


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field.
  • Experience in F&B sales marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years relevant work experience in Franchise Development Operations or similar field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Friendly and personable demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
