Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have3-5 years of experiencewithmergers and acquisitions general corporate and/or licensingmatters. Franchise experience is preferred but not required. This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills a high degree of maturity and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials detail oriented and writing skills are essential.

Practice Description:

The Franchise & Distribution Practice at Greenberg Traurig advises leading and emerging brands on the development expansion and operation of franchise licensing and distribution networks in the United States and around the world. Associates work on sophisticated transactional matters including franchise program development regulatory compliance commercial agreements international expansion strategies and franchise-related mergers and acquisitions. The practice serves clients across numerous industries and jurisdictions offering significant opportunities for direct client contact and exposure to complex transactions.

The expected pay range for this position is:

Denver and Aspen: $215000-$265000
Chicago: $250000-$300000

Minneapolis: $215000- $285000

Washington D.C. : $260000-$365000

New Jersey: $215000- $240000

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
