FP&A Analyst

Were seeking a Staff Analyst FP&A Systems & AI Automation to join an innovative technology organization and help modernize its Finance function.

This role is ideal for an FP&A professional with hands-on planning systems experience and a strong interest in AI and automation. Youll own the companys Pigment platform while improving budgeting forecasting reporting and Finance workflows through technology and automation.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Own and enhance the Pigment planning platform including models integrations and hierarchies.
• Lead budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.
• Build and deploy AI and automation solutions for Finance workflows.
• Partner with Finance Accounting IT and business teams.
• Develop financial analysis and insights for senior leadership.
• Support and train users on the planning platform.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• 5 years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience.
• 2 years of hands-on Pigment ownership not just end-user experience.
• Strong budgeting forecasting variance analysis and financial modeling skills.
• Experience building and deploying an AI agent or business automation.
• Experience with SAP or another major ERP.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
• Comfortable working across Finance systems data and AI.
