Founding Product Engineer

Join an AI-native freight logistics technology company as a founding product engineer partnering closely with the Product Lead. You will shape the product from early customer conversations through implementation with a hands-on role in product decisions architecture and full-stack delivery.

• Talk with independent freight agents to understand their needs and turn findings into product requirements with the Product Lead.
• Build and ship full-stack features including user interfaces APIs and data models for tools that support quoting communications and fraud detection.
• Create analytics that help agents identify opportunities to grow their business.
• Run user tests observe how agents use new features and refine the product based on feedback.
• Use AI throughout research prototyping coding and testing.

• Three to ten years of experience as a product engineer or full-stack engineer including at least one year building and deploying products from zero to one at an early-stage startup.
• A BS in computer science or a STEM-related field with experience in TypeScript and Google Cloud Platform.
• Product judgment and user-centered problem-solving skills with experience building professional tools such as dashboards admin interfaces or internal operations software.
• Experience with AI-native engineering workflows and tools and a background as a founder or founding engineer at a venture-backed startup.
• A balanced approach to product and engineering with strong full-stack product development experience.

Base salary is $160000 to $200000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
