This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in ambiguity enjoys deeply understanding users and wants to own product design from concept through launch. Youll work closely with co-founders Yiwen and Aris to have a real imprint on the future of the company.

• Owning the end-to-end design of core product workflows from early concepts and user research to high-fidelity designs and shipped experiences

• Designing intuitive elegant interfaces for complex AI-driven and compliance-heavy workflows

• Defining and evolving Solstices design system interaction patterns and visual identity

• Partnering closely with product engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and polish

• Translating customer feedback and data into thoughtful product improvements

• Designing for trust clarity and usability in a highly regulated enterprise environment

Strong product design fundamentals
Experience designing complex digital products ideally in B2B enterprise or regulated environments.
