Hera is creating a new profession in healthcare to fill that last mile gap: the Hero a dedicated care manager for your family. Our Heroes educate coordinate and advocate for the most vulnerable population. Were covered by insurance so we can serve every family in America.

The demand for Hera is real raw and palpable. Families come to us in the hardest experience of their lives.

Today we meet most of them through their doctors: a strategic channel weve built through close partnerships with the countrys top health systems.

But millions of families never receive that introduction. Instead its an adult daughter opening her laptop late at night after putting her children to bed overwhelmed and burnt out. Shes awake searching at midnight about what options exist for her mom anxious about every decision shes making and wondering if its the right one.

She doesnt know a trusted profession like ours exists. Nobodys told her that she doesnt have to figure this out alone.

This is not a traditional growth role. Families dont know the category exists dont know what to search for and often dont understand how a Hero could help. Its our responsibility to educate the market and meet them in the moment theyre looking for help. Its also the most emotionally charged experience of their life. Every touchpoint has to earn trust.

Weve raised $34M from Accel and Bain Capital Ventures and 10xd revenue over the last six months organically through close partnerships with Weill Cornell NYU Langone UCSF USC and Mount Sinai. The Chief of Geriatrics at Weill Cornell and Director of Geriatrics at NYU Langone have joined us as clinical advisors. The CFO of Mount Sinai has invested in us.

Youll build Hera alongside co-founders Jenny Myles and Connie and a team from Palantir and Headway. As part of our founding team you will have meaningful ownership in the company. We work together in person in NYC. Read our story and watch our launch video here.

You own how families find Hera. Youll build our consumer growth engine from the ground up.

Deeply understand who we serve. Youll immerse and fully understand the mental model of those we support the trigger events where they think I cant do this alone the communities and resources they turn to for answers and the hesitations that linger at the back of their mind before they say yes to support.

Educate the market. No one knows what to search for. Theyre looking for answers on whats going on in their life right now mom keeps falling dad was just discharged from the hospital mom keeps mixing up her meds. You will find the language that makes Hera instantly understandable

Own the family demand engine. Youll build and run our direct-to-family channels across search content community social and more. Youll own the full funnel: how families learn about us what convinces them to trust us and what gets them to reach out.

Experiment relentlessly and do it with a flair. Everything we do at Hera is distinctive. We threw an art show for an 88-year-old that went viral and a talent show where every act is over 65. We want the same originality in how we build demand. Youll ship scrappy tests fast kill what doesnt work without ego and double down on what does. The best ideas in this role arent in any growth playbook youve read.

• Youre analytical and truth seeking. You know the difference between a metric moving in the right direction and a future growth channel of the business. You understand unit economics and make commercially sound decisions.

• Youre creative and generative. We dont just do things because others do. You constantly produce new hypotheses messages campaigns and channels to find the one thats authentic to us and really works to scale.

• Youre obsessed with the customer. Quant tells you what; qual tells you why. Youll sit with families listen to calls and read every message before you write a single headline. You can hold both the spreadsheet and the story of the overwhelmed daughter in your head at once.

• Youre a builder with incredible pace. You thrive bringing clarity to ambiguity. You aim to learn quickly through scrappy experiments and add rigor once something works.

• You understand trust is the asset. We serve a vulnerable population in the hardest moment of their lives. Youd never trade long-term trust for a short-term conversion because you know trust is the moat and growth compounds on top of it.

• Based in NYC or willing to relocate
