Under general supervision the Foundation Financial Analyst focuses on strategic financial analysis planning & program evaluation; financial operations & compliance; process improvement & systems optimization; and stakeholder advising & fund administration. The incumbent supports financial reporting reconciliation fund oversight compliance activities and continuous enhancement of financial operations.

  • Synthesizes complex multi-source financial data to identify trends risks and opportunities providing actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Leads the preparation and delivery of comprehensive financial reports dashboards and analyses for senior leadership ensuring clarity accuracy and strategic relevance.
  • Executes and validates complex financial reports and transactions for diverse stakeholders integrating reconciling and validating data across multiple financial systems to ensure accuracy completeness and compliance with GAAP and applicable reporting standards.
  • Interprets complex gift grant and funding agreements translating technical and regulatory requirements into clear actionable guidance for stakeholders.
  • Monitors fund activity and provides ongoing analysis and recommendations to ensure compliance with restrictions reporting requirements and institutional policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
