• Run discovery: gather requirements and turn business needs into technical requirements

• Feed learnings from the field back into product and build reusable patterns tools and playbooks from individual deployments

• Engineering: you ship production-quality code fast work with APIs databases and cloud platforms and debug production issues under time pressure. Typical languages: Python TypeScript.

• Customer judgment: you turn a vague request into a scoped problem and you know when to say no

• Communication: you explain technical trade-offs clearly in writing and live

• Ownership: you have a track record of driving outcomes end to end not just contributing and you operate independently in ambiguous fast-moving environments

• Track record: outlier achievements such as shipped products or top performance anywhere

• Hands-on experience building with LLMs or AI agents (retrieval evals prompt engineering tool use)
