Job Summary

Our Client an IT Services and Consultant company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (Java Full Stack Developer) for their Minneapolis MN location.

Responsibilities:

Design develop and deploy end-to-end business applications.
Build scalable APIs microservices and cloud-native solutions.
Develop front-end applications using React or similar frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to accelerate delivery.
Participate in Agile development and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps initiatives

Requirements:

3-7 years of software engineering experience.
Strong background in Java and full-stack application development.
Experience with one or more of the following:
TypeScript/JavaScript C# or Python.
Hands-on experience building APIs microservices and cloud-native applications.
Front-end development experience using React or similar frameworks.
Knowledge of Azure Azure OpenAI OpenAI or other modern AI platforms.
Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot Claude Code or Codex.
Strong communication problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with LangChain LangGraph Agent SDKs or multi-agent frameworks.
Exposure to AI agents workflow automation or LLM-powered applications.
Understanding of DevOps CI/CD and modern software delivery practices.
Experience in Healthcare PBM Insurance or other regulated industries is a plus
