Our accounting finance human resources IT legal marketing and facilities management professionals work collaboratively to support Hurons collective strategies and enable real transformation to produce sustainable business results.

• Build the features. Full-stack on AWS and Azure using Claude and other models.

• Work with users. Sit with the business day to day and build with them.

• Keep quality up. Tests and evaluations on everything that ships.

• Take design direction. From the Solution Architect and flag what the design misses.

• Some RAG and agent experience plus exposure to Agentic DevOps tooling (agentic coding tools eval-driven pipelines).

• Meets the FDE-ready floor (Embedding L3 with AI L3) at day 0.

• Front-end skills.

• Healthcare or higher education exposure.

• AWS AI Practitioner or Azure AI-900 / AI-102.

• 3 years building software or AI.

• Python and AWS or Azure.

• A capable builder who is comfortable working with the business.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.

The estimated base salary for this job is $105000 - $130000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to specific skills or certifications years of experience market changes and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Hurons annual incentive compensation program which reflects Hurons pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity the total estimated compensation range for this job is $120750 - $149500 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Hurons benefit plans which include medical dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
