Join our team for Pomegranate Season 2026. We are hiring Forklift Operators to safely move load unload and organize products and materials throughout our busy pomegranate season. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for seasonal work overtime and competitive pay.

Location: Del Rey CA

Position: Forklift Operator

Pay: $17.00$19.00 per hour

Shifts: 1st 2nd and 3rd Shift

Employment Type: Seasonal

Overtime: Required as needed

Weekends: Required

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move products pallets materials and supplies
• Load and unload trucks and trailers
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Stack and organize pallets and products in designated areas
• Verify product quantities labels and pallet information
• Load and move products while preventing damage to materials and equipment
• Assist with receiving shipping and inventory activities
• Maintain proper organization of warehouse and storage areas
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical or safety concerns
• Follow all forklift operating procedures and company safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Communicate effectively with supervisors warehouse employees and production teams
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed
• Meet productivity and safety expectations
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Previous forklift experience is preferred
• Valid forklift certification is preferred; certification may be provided based on company requirements
• Ability to safely operate a forklift in a warehouse or production environment
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts stand-up forklifts or other material-handling equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills for counting and verifying products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand walk bend and sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions

• Competitive pay: $17.00$19.00/hour
