Job Summary
- Plan daily work and coordinate with production report and employees.
- Manage the shift by delegating duties assigning tasks monitoring task execution and following up with all team members.
- Oversees warehouse operations including bulk loading unloading filling mixing and blending activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines.
- Execute selected administrative activities related to the work.
- Lead small team of operators in warehousing and production.
- Coordinate daily activities with Facility Manager.
- Keep track of and report daily on Rail moves and activity.
- Bi-Annual physical inventory reporting and coordination.
- Bachelors degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years management experience related capacity
- Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Strong mathematical and reasoning skills
- Strong computer skills including understanding of ERP systems and desktop applications
- Some environmental compliance knowledge preferred
