This is not just a labor position. We want someone who can direct the crew stage work ahead of time communicate with the Superintendent and help build a disciplined operation.

PAY & OPPORTUNITY
Pay $40/hr
Quarterly performance bonuses up to $12000 annually

Occasional outer island and night work

THE WORK
Lead and direct field crews daily
Coordinate demolition excavation grading and site work operations
Stage tools equipment and materials before shift start
Track and report production quantities daily
Conduct daily tailgate safety briefings
Complete daily reports and Think-Ahead Schedules (TAS)
Maintain organized and safe jobsites
Communicate field issues and delays to the Superintendent immediately
