We are currently seeking a skilled Diesel Technicianto join our growing service team.

Position: Ford Diesel Technician
As a Diesel Technician youll be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining diesel vehiclesfrom F150s to F750s and E series models. Here at Capital Ford of Columbus we see all makes and models and many unique heavy-duty trucks from motorhomes to service bodies.

Responsibilities

Perform diesel engine diagnostics repairs and maintenance
Inspect vehicle systems including suspensions brakes and electrical
Accurately document work performed and parts used
Follow manufacturer and dealership standards and procedures
Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

Ford Diesel Certification (preferred) or ability to obtain
Experience with Ford Power Stroke diesel engines
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
ASE Certifications (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
