Responsible to the Cafeteria Manager and under the direction of the Director of Food Services. Assist in quantity preparation and serving of food and assist in maintaining food service facilities in a clean and sanitary food preparation including washing cutting and assembling food items and posting is to establish a pool of substitute food service workers. The position is on-call.
