MESD is a TK-8 district operating five neighborhood schools: Green Hills Elementary Lomita Park Elementary Meadows Elementary Spring Valley Elementary and Taylor Middle School. All our schools have an active PTA/PTO supporting school-based programs. Under the general supervision of the Director of Child Nutrition plan organize and participate in preparation and serving of food; assist in maintaining food service facilities equipment and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition; perform cashiering point of sales and record-keeping duties.
