Springfield: Food Handlers within 90 days of hire

Washington: Serve Safe Manager within 90 days of hire

Other: Must be able to follow written directions and interpret selected menus. Must be self-motivated able to work independently and lead others to accomplish objectives set by area supervisor without direct supervision of work shift. The physical demands described here are the representative of the minimums that must be met by an employee to perform all essential functions of the job. Most physical demands are below plus:
Minimal: kneeling or crouching lifting up to 40 lbs carrying of <35 lbs (2 handed)
Preferred Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
