Looking for a steady production job with weekly pay Join a food manufacturing team in Sterling Virginia where youll help prepare process inspect pack and palletize food products. This is a hands-on position for dependable workers who are comfortable working in a refrigerated food production environment.

Job Details

• Anticipated Start Date: Within the next month

• Pay: $14.00 per hour

• Location: Sterling VA

• Shift: 1st Shift 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• Schedule: 4 day work week

What Youll Do

As a Food Packer you will help keep food products moving efficiently through the production and packaging process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Measure and weigh ingredients according to recipes

• Set up and operate food processing equipment

• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality

• Seal and package finished food products

• Box and palletize finished goods for shipment

• Follow food safety sanitation and GMP requirements while working in the production area

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work in Sterling VA

• Comfortable working with raw food products including beef chicken eggs spices and other ingredients

• Able to stand for extended periods

• Comfortable working in a cold environment maintained at approximately 50-55F

• Able to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) including restrictions on jewelry makeup false nails false eyelashes and nail polish

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
