**Responsibilities:**

Ready to lead a dynamic fast-food restaraunt for a fantastic casino Heres what youll be doing:

• Keep the fast-food operation running like a well-oiled machine by managing all aspects of daily service restaurant operations
• Lead the charge on the front lines overseeing the front of house operation of your assigned food and beverage outlets
• Champion our commitment to company standards policies and all relevant health safety and regulatory requirements
• Build and nurture an amazing team through recruiting training coaching and developmentincluding interviewing hiring evaluating promoting and mentoring
• Partner with leadership to crush budget goals and drive results for your department
• Own the financial performance of your outlets and keep things running efficiently
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and orchestrate seamless team coverage during peak periods
• Turn guest concerns into opportunities to wow by resolving complaints promptly and professionally
• Be the voice of the Food and Beverage Department in team-related matters both internally and externally

Qualifications :

Must be at least 21 years of age. 
(3) plus years of fast food service retail hospitality and supervisory experience.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shift. 
Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds. 
Must have excellent customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
Must possess strong communication skills both verbal and in written form.
Must be able to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
