• Oversee day-to-day food beverage restaurant and bar operations

• Create an exceptional dining experience centered around resident preferences and hospitality

• Recruit train coach and develop a strong dining services team

• Maintain appropriate staffing and scheduling to support daily operations

• Be a visible hands-on leader and step in to support the team when needed

• Plan special dining experiences events and celebrations

• Oversee food quality presentation service standards and resident satisfaction

• Manage food safety sanitation regulatory compliance inventory and budgets

• Build relationships with residents and families and respond to feedback with care

• Model Agemarks values of Commitment Integrity Professionalism and Compassion

• Food and beverage management experience preferably in senior living hospitality restaurant or similar operations

• Strong leadership coaching and team development skills

• A hospitality-focused mindset with high standards for service and quality

• Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills

• Ability to balance management responsibilities with hands-on operational support

• Hospitality education or relevant certifications are a plus

• Valid drivers license with a good driving record

• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as operational needs require
