What will I do in this Job You will work with your supervisor and other team leads to manage and prioritize staffing assignments to ensure customer demand as well as production schedules are met. You will ensure that the build quality and product usage is correct to meet productivity and financial metrics. You will be responsible for the safety quality and line efficiency of each production run. You will facilitate and coordinate employee training to ensure that procedures are followed and that all quality requirements are met. You will use basic problem solving skills to ensure stable operation of the line. You will maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate production functions. What are the Physical Demands WHAT ARE THEY While performing the duties of this job you will be occasionally required to: stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop; kneel crouch or crawl; talk or hear.
