Flux Core Welders

Location: Fulton MS
Pay: $18.50$25.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

• Perform FCAW (Flux Core) MIG TIG and Stick welding on structural steel pipe and metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints welding symbols and technical drawings.
• Fit align and assemble components prior to welding.
• Operate fabrication equipment including plasma cutters press brakes and other shop machinery.
• Measure and inspect materials using precision tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Assist with rigging and safely move materials using cranes and forklifts.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
• Work closely with team members to complete projects on schedule.

• Previous experience as a Flux Core Welder Structural Fitter or similar position required.
• Strong FCAW welding skills; experience with MIG TIG and Stick welding preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience with structural steel pipe fitting or ductwork is a plus.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
