Floral Associate

Part Time

We are seeking a passionate part-time associates to help provide an extraordinary DLM Floral experience to our customers. This position requires someone with a friendly enthusiastic and positive outlook. Successful candidates must demonstrate team-building qualities and creative merchandising abilities. Schedule must be flexible to meet the needs of the business especially during busy holiday weeks.

What Youll Do:

Provide excellent customer service and help customers select flowers based on needs and taste.
Create floral arrangements and merchandise displays to company standards.
Maintain knowledge of flower and plant care.
Help plan and execute busy holiday periods including working extra hours (Valentines Day Mothers Day etc.)
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better Food and Service.
A willingness to practice theDLM Team Values:Be Honest Safe Helpful and Hard-Working.
Effective communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Previous floral experience is a plus.
Organization skills.
18 years old or older.
Holiday and weekend schedule availability.
Willingness to work a variety of shifts.

Physical Requirements:

Standing for long periods of time.
Working outside for periods of time to care for displays.
Lifting up to 40 lbs.
