Compensation starting at: $14.75 - $20.00/hr based on experience.

Floor Technicianshave a huge impact on the lives of residents and on the overall culture of the community. This position is an invaluable part of the Still Hopes family. Below is a picture of the impact a Floor Technician has and what being a difference maker looks like!

Responsible for maintaining clean safe and attractive floors throughout the campus.

• Perform floor care duties including stripping waxing buffing and refinishing floors
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment
• Follow proper procedures when mixing and using chemicals disinfectants and cleaning solutions
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations
• Assist with general maintenance duties as needed

The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the facility in a safe sanitary and efficient manner in accordance with current guidelines and regulations ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for residents staff and visitors.
