Floor Supervisor 2nd Shift Toledo OH
PPS is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Floor Supervisor for a growing industrial operation in Toledo. This hands-on position will lead approximately 1215 employees and take ownership of production safety quality attendance and overall floor performance during the shift.
Were looking for a dependable self-directed leader who can run the floor make decisions solve problems and keep employees accountable with limited oversight. Previous leadership experience in manufacturing recycling industrial production warehouse or a similar environment is strongly preferred.
