About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic guest-focused Floor Manager who leads from the front. This role is responsible for maintaining an active presence on the floor ensuring operational excellence and creating a culture where both guests and team members thrive.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator natural coach and decisive leader who can balance hospitality with accountability in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do

• Lead by example with consistent floor presence and hands-on support
• Oversee daily service execution to ensure exceptional guest experience
• Cross-train across all restaurant roles and step in as needed to support operations
• Coach and develop team members in real time ensuring thorough and efficient documentation processes
• Reinforce service sanitation and food safety standards
• Assist with inventory management and cost controls
• Monitor workflow staffing deployment and pace during peak hours
• Promote specials drive upselling and maintain strong product knowledge
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency

What Were Looking For

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality and team development
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to stay composed and solution-oriented under pressure
• High standards for cleanliness safety and operational excellence
• Reliability accountability and a collaborative mindset
