• Support Lead Teachers in Infant Toddler and Preschool classrooms
  
  
• Step into classrooms as needed to maintain appropriate staffing and ratios
  
  
• Engage children in play learning activities music art outdoor experiences and group activities
  
  
• Assist with meals diapering/toileting rest time transitions and daily routines
  
  
• Provide attentive supervision and positive guidance
  
  
• Help prepare classroom materials and learning environments
  
  
• Support afternoon activities transitions and family pick-up
  
  
• Maintain clean safe and organized classrooms
  
  
• Build positive relationships with children families and fellow educators
  
  
• Follow all applicable New York City childcare licensing health and safety requirements
  
  

• High School Diploma or GED required
  
  
• Previous experience working with children preferred
  
  
• Daycare preschool childcare camp or early childhood experience is a plus
  
  
• Comfortable supporting multiple age groups and classrooms
  
  
• Reliable flexible energetic and team-oriented
  
  
• Strong communication skills
  
  
• Must meet applicable New York City childcare licensing requirements
  
  

• Competitive pay of $18$20 per hour
