Role: Flexographic Press Operator/Spooler Machine Operator
Location: Menomonee Falls WI (on-site)
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 6 AM to 3:30 PM and Friday 6 to 10 AM
Pay Range: $24/hr to $28/hr
The Role:
Join a growing medical and industrial manufacturing organization where quality precision and continuous improvement are at the center of everything we do. As a Flexographic Press Operator you will be responsible for setting up operating and maintaining flexographic printing presses to produce custom products that meet exact customer and engineering this hands-on role youll leverage your technical expertise to drive quality minimize waste support production efficiency and ensure compliance within our ISO 13485 regulated environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- High school diploma GED or equivalent
- Experience with flexographic operations rotary die cutting ink mixing and color matching is preferred
- Ability to read job specifications interpret drawings and compute mathematical calculations is required
- Employee must be able to stand continuously with occasional awkward positioning
- Employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with the assistance of lifts
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
