Job Summary

Thomco is seeking a full-timeFlexographic Press Operator to work onsite at our corporate headquarters in Suwanee GA. This is a great opportunity with a well-established company that provides opportunities to learn and grow. Will contribute to the success of the company in a highly collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for the operation of all Flexographic label presses. We operate two Nilpeter FB3300 and Webtron 750 presses.
• Accountable for a high level of product quality and conforming to ISO quality standards.
• Will print prime labels with 4-color process plus spots as well as a many other durable labels.
• Print labels and other flexible materials with UV and water-based inks.
• Print prime labels durable labels specialty materials and others.
• Ensure a safe work environment and operation of the press equipment.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must have at least three years of Flexographic printing experience
• Experience with narrow web label is preferred
• Experience on Nilpeter FB3300 press is preferred however willing to train on our equipment
• Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
• Focused on Quality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
