Are you a logistics-minded leader whos passionate about keeping operations running smoothly and safely STAR Inc. is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee and enhance our transportation services supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
What Youll Do:
- Oversee a fleet of agency vehicles ensuring they are maintained inspected and operating safely and efficiently
- Manage vehicle scheduling to support programs and daily routes
- Supervise and support a team of drivers and transportation staff
- Coordinate repairs routine maintenance registrations and inspections
- Track and report on fleet usage fuel efficiency and vehicle performance
- Collaborate across departments to ensure timely and responsive transportation for individuals in our programs
What You Bring:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience managing vehicles logistics or transportation services
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance scheduling and DOT regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A mission-driven mindset and a heart for helping others
